.rpt Inspector Professional Suite originally released in 2001 and .rpt Inspector Enterprise Suite built on the same foundation was released a year later have been solid desktop applications for Crystal Reports and BusinessObjects / Crystal Enterprise users for many years winning numerous awards and beloved by our customers.

These tools offer analysis, documentation, standardization, data source / database migration, search and replace, instances and schedules monitoring, instances and schedules management, spell checking, and more.

As announced in the beginning of last year, a new product is in development -- .rpt Inspector Online, a cloud / SaaS browser based solution. We are pleased to inform you that development and private testing with select customers is progressing well and we are announcing that both .rpt Inspector Professional Suite and .rpt Inspector Enterprise Suite are now entering an End of Life (EOL) phase period with official EOL scheduled for March 14, 2016 (update: Extended to May 2, 2016). While we will continue to provide support for both products during the EOL phase period, no support will be provided after the EOL date.

.rpt Inspector Online will initially focus on analysis and documentation tools and as of July 20th adds support for Change Data Source via ODBC. It is our intention to gradually add additional features, and have feature parity with the desktop tools (where possible) in later versions. Keep up with our product announcements in our forums.

.rpt Inspector Online will run in modern browsers (Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome support are planned, Internet Explorer support may be offered later) and support Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 as well native support for Crystal Reports 2013 down to Crystal Reports 8.5 reports.
