1) Tech Support is available for 30 days after purchase
2) Two Tech Support Incidents related to upgrades and patches
are included in Maintenance cost
3) Hours of support: 9am - 5pm EST
4) Additional support incidences are available at $200
per incident.

All licensed users are entitled to FREE on-line (Support
Forum or E-mail)
technical support (never post your Purchase Key(s) on the
support forums). Telephone support is available at $250
