1 - Upgrades are not available via on-line purchase, instead for all upgrades fill out our manual purchase form (in Excel format) - upgrade section and specify the Purchase Key(s) that you are upgrading from.
2 - As of .rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite, the editions are 1:1 for the version of CR.
As such, when upgrading to, you must upgrade to each edition individually.

If you previously purchased a license to .rpt Inspector 2 Professional Suite (for CR9-CR10), you can upgrade to
.rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR 9) edition for $695.
This upgrade DOES NOT entitle you to .rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR 10) edition.

To ALSO be entitled .rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR 10) edition, you have to ALSO upgrade to
.rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR 10) edition for an additional $695.

If you also require .rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR XI) edition you can upgrade to this edition for an additional $295.

If you only require .rpt Inspector 3 Professional Suite (for CR XI) edition you can upgrade directly to this edition for $295.

All 5 editions can be installed on the same workstation side by side. Each edition upgraded to MUST be installed on the SAME workstation as the original product you are upgrading. Not doing so is a violation of your End User License Agreement (EULA)!

License regulations for .rpt Inspector Professional Suite
Each .rpt Inspector Professional Suite license is valid for one workstation. When upgrading an existing license, upgraded license must be installed on original licensed workstation unless original license has been moved/transferred to another workstation using supplied move/transfer method.
Please review the Specifications and Requirements prior to installing / purchasing.

The "FREE 15 Day Trial" allows you to evaluate .rpt Inspector Professional Suite for 15 days from the date of installation.  After the first 15 days you must enter a valid Purchase Key to activate the product.  This Purchase Key (which is a license) can be purchased via our web site through one of our resellers.  At the time of purchase you will receive a 16 digit Purchase Key.  Use the Purchase Key to activate your copy of .rpt Inspector on your workstation. 

Licensed users of .rpt Inspector Professional Suite receive one year of FREE point updates and corrective patches. A discounted upgrade price to newer version(s) is offered to licensed users.

All licensed users are entitled to FREE on-line (Support Forum or E-mail) technical support (never post your Purchase Key(s) on the support forums). Telephone support is available at $95 per incident.
