Solution
The trial version of .rpt Inspector or SPL (Smart Pick Lists) is the same download and install as the full release version.
If the FREE trial you installed was the latest release version (latest version listed here: http://www.SoftwareForces.com/Products/Latest-Version) then there is no need to download and install it again.
